1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Non-Business Days: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the subsequent business day.
  • Confirmation: Upon dispatch, customers will receive full order confirmation and tracking details via Email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timelines

We collaborate with trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.

  • Standard Delivery (within India): Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, dependent upon the destination location.
  • International Shipping: Currently, Priè Jewels exclusively delivers within India and does not offer international shipping services.
  • Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to minor variances due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Calculation: Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout page prior to final payment authorization.
  • Shipping Offers: We may periodically offer Free Shipping on selected promotions or based on a qualifying order value, such as ₹999.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking ID: A unique Tracking Identification number will be provided immediately upon shipment.
  • Tracking Method: You can monitor the progress of your package directly on the courier partner’s website or via the direct link provided in your Email or WhatsApp notification.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase, including the correct PIN Code and necessary landmarks.
  • Liability: Priè Jewels is not liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery schedules may be exceptionally affected by rare situations, including:

  • Government or regional transit restrictions.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Required Proof: Kindly provide your Order Number along with clear unboxing photographs and video evidence of the package condition.
