Returns & Refund Policy

At Priè Jewels, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, please review our simple return & exchange guidelines.

1. 2-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused & unworn
  • Must include original packaging, tags, invoice, and box
  • Must pass our Quality Check

Not Eligible: Sale/discount/promo orders or orders made using store credit.

2. Why ₹150 Fee?

  • ₹75 – Return pickup
  • ₹75 – Delivery of exchanged item
  • Plus restocking, repacking & QC efforts

This fee applies to all approved return/exchange requests.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Approved cases receive:

  • Store Credit (valid for 6 months), or
  • Exchange

4. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

5. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, the following is compulsory:

Required Proof

  • A 360-degree unboxing video of the sealed parcel
  • A clear video showing:
    • The damaged/defective/missing part
    • Zoomed-in, clearly visible proof
    • Original labels, tags, and box intact

Important Notes

  • If the video is unclear, incomplete, or does not show tags/packaging properly,
    we will not be able to process your request.
  • Visible tampering, broken seals, or insufficient evidence may lead to claim rejection.
  • In such cases, Priè Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • Verified cases will receive free pickup + exchange or store credit.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before processing/packing
  • Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • You may still request a return within 2 days

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure secure packaging when returning items
  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags/packaging will be rejected
  • Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted
